These terms govern your use of the IsraVista Tourism Services website and any inquiry or booking made through our contact channels. By using this site or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide premium tourism and transportation services in Israel, including airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, chauffeured car service, professionally guided tours, and private security arrangements. Specific scope, pricing, and availability are confirmed in writing for each engagement. All vehicles operated by us are licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Transportation.

Cancellations and changes should be communicated as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows according to the terms confirmed in your booking proposal. Payment terms will be stated in your quote or invoice. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward drivers, guides, and security personnel and to comply with applicable laws and safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsraVista Tourism Services is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, or security restrictions. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
